Los Angeles Marathon

Some Pics from LAM . It was 82F Hot and dry and I need better shoes . But it was amazing to take part and complete the challenge .

Its by far the biggest event I have taken a part in with 26000 + participants . . Since it was my first Big Dance I was cautious of my pace early on and was able to hang on until the very end. The last six miles were seriously tough. I finished in 4:50. Thanks Rawlins for all the encouragement and training advice.
