First Marathon
I am Getting ready for my First Marathon this Sunday April 23 . Here is a link to it. http://www.stjohns.org/gift/events/jimmy_stewart/default.htm
It is a relay marathon and as part of one the 5 SCV runners groups and so will carry the baton for 5.2 miles. there are 5 runners per team. I am planning to average my leg at 9 min per mile pace. I have no ambition of victory , just want to take part , Its always very exciting to run and race in a new location . Hopefully I won't be the slowest on the team !

Oui Montreal A bien jouer dans la premiere partie. Beau buts de Kovalev. Gainey semble avec l'equipe marcher a plein rendement.
Partie 2 ce soir!
Ai courru le premier sur le relais a 9:15 par mile pour trois pemier miles et ai fini avec 8:45 par mile sur le dernier.
Quel etait le nom de l'equipe?
